Really good Service and Tranquil Oasis

The location is excellent, being close to everything. The hotel is a real oasis amid a busy area. We had the one-bedroom villa. It offered a spacious layout and amazing private pool. The staff were attentive and cared about my nut allergy. The main infinity pools offer jungle views.
The price of drinks was higher compared to nearby restaurants.

The breakfast offers lots of choice. The restaurant food is delicious and reasonably priced. I really enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea. It was a treat.

The pool area is well maintained and features immaculate gardens. The main pool has a fantastic jungle view. The grounds are lush. You feel like you are walking into a garden.

The hotel is central for walking to main streets and the Monkey Forest. There are many good restaurants nearby. Bisma street is just steps away (making it very easy to get around).

The staff were warm and helpful. Service standards are high. Staff took time to arrange day trips and help us get the most out of our time. EVERYONE was friendly!

I found the infinity pool area fine. It overlooks the jungle, and the scenery IS beautiful at any time of day. The restaurant and bar are close to the pool, so I enjoyed many sunsets. I appreciate that the staff are accommodating and friendly.
The room had damp issues, I noticed mold on the walls. Management tried to cover it with a scent diffuser, but it gave me headaches.

The hotel is near key attractions, and there are many places to eat and shop nearby. The location is convenient to attractions, so it is easy to access everything. The central location of the hotel is definitely a plus.

My room was modern. It had great features. The room had nice amenities. The rooms are designed to have an indoor-outdoor feel, so you feel like you're more immersed in the environment.

The breakfast quality was high, and the view was GREAT. I found many delicious options at the complimentary breakfast. They even offer a floating breakfast in the pool, and that IS a good experience.

I really appreciated the daily afternoon tea. It featured delicious snacks. the hotel had a fantastic view overlooking the valley. the staff displayed very nice friendliness and attentiveness to all our needs.
Finding an umbrella was difficult. The hotel only had two and both were reportedly broken.

the infinity pool area was a highlight, living up to expectations.
Our room was not up to par. It was on the bottom floor and smelled of dampness and mold. the hotel tried to mask the smell with a diffuser and dehumidifier, but it was ineffective and gave me a headache.

The staff displayed excellent friendliness. Their cute attitude. My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, which i found very functional. Breakfast was good with many choices. The sweets WERE delicious. I also appreciated the infinity pool with its serene views of the jungle.
I found that the drink prices were HIGHER than at nearby restaurants.

The included breakfast offered both sweet and savory choices, perfect for setting up the day. The staff was very cute and made sure all needs were met. I found the private villas very luxurious for my stay and I wish I could have stayed longer.
